A "full moon" is when the moon appears completely illuminated from Earth! It also means no vacancy - fully booked! Full moons occur roughly every 29.5 days. NASA's Apollo missions landed 12 astronauts on the moon between 1969-1972. The moon is about 238,855 miles from Earth. No hotels exist on the moon yet, but space tourism companies are working on it!
